Workout. Buttocks-ABS.

Intensive 30-minute workout aimed at strengthening the muscles of the legs, buttocks, working out the abs, back. We start with a little warm-up, then go into intense cardio, combining with a load for the lower body.

The first block of exercises consists of various types of jumps, combined with squats, swings and lunges. The second block: work with weights on the mat. We work on the gluteal muscles, the load is palpable literally from the first minute, the exercises are selected to form beautiful toned buttocks. The third, concluding block for the press.

By my own feelings I will say that the result is guaranteed. The main thing is diligence and regularity.
