40 Minutes Full Body Workout! I choose only the most effective exercises for myself and sharing them with you. The main thing in the transformation of the body is regularity. Workout structure: warm-up, basic, stretching. The load level is above average. I try to demonstrate the whole process, and keep within 40-45 minutes.

If you find it difficult, take breaks between exercises, but they should not exceed 1-2 minutes. The transition from block to block does not exceed 5 minutes, for example, after intense jumps, catch your breath for 3-5 minutes and go to the next block.
