CrossFit training

Intensive crossfit training for all muscle groups, combining a set of functional exercises, cardio exercises, gymnastics (stretching), and strength exercises. As a result: weight loss, muscle tone. I suggest to complete 2 circles of this complex and add a stretching at the end. Be healthy! 😉
