Part 1

For those to whom the load seems not enough, you can increase the number of approaches of each of the exercises, as well as use an expander or weights. I advise you to do 10-15 minutes of cardio after warm-up (jumping rope or running on the spot), and at the end be sure to end with stretching. Be healthy!
