1. Stretching.

15 minute of stretching. Mandatory after the main training. At the end of any workout, professionals are advised to stretch. Stretching helps to relieve tension from the muscles and relax them, as well as return the body to a calm state after exercise. Regular stretching is an excellent prevention of injuries, and also helps to recover faster if injuries are already present.

2. Basis workout 30 min.
Training for people of average level of physical fitness. It is aimed at reducing weight, strengthening the muscles of the buttocks, hips, working out the ABS. Warming up at the beginning and stretching at the end are mandatory.
