I have already described the top 5 products that I try not to eat. I really try to do it, and I like the result! It seems that this is not enough, and more information is needed about my nutrition, the size of portions, the time of reception, etc. , about me you ask me and ask for everything.

Therefore, I decided to write an expanded article and describe everything in details. This post I want to devote to breakfast. We know that the diet is very dependent on the time of the year. As long as it’s summer, l want to give you a list of my summer breakfasts.)))

In summer it is necessary to stock up with natural vitamins, which are contained in fruits, vegetables and berries. The organism really requires this, accumulates, and for a whole winter uses the reserves of “summer” vitamins, microelements. I directly feel when the body really needs this or that product, depending on the time of year, and you?))

In June, really I do want strawberries, raspberries and cherries, in July apricots, plums, in August, melons, watermelons, peaches) I often ask if I eat sweet and fruit … Um, but very rarely. Fruit-only those that coincide with the season with their natural appearance in the territory of our region))). I do not like tasteless, overseas fruit ((Well, only bananas and citrus fruits from such). In winter, I drink vitamins so that the supplies for normal life of the organism do not end).

Now turn to the scheme of my nutrition.
Well, for example:

Morning.
8.00-8.30 I drink a glass of warm water with a lemon (if you go through the cleaning with flax seeds, then with a water I chew up a spoonful of seeds, I take this course every 2-3 months for 10 days) After 10-15 minutes you can have breakfast. I want to clarify at once that this is my food, which I do not advertise, and in no case do I say that this is a sample of the correct diet, because I’m not a dietician. I just eat so)). And this is the scheme in which I am satisfied with my weight. There is another, which is like dirt for dries. About it in the next posts.

Breakfast 1: omelet protein (3 protein, 1 yolk or no yolk at all), omelet better bake, but I can fry (more often, probably, fry), then a green (!!) salad 150-200 grams, from all green (avocado , parsley, dill, arugula, season with olive oil, lemon juice). I consider it to be the right breakfast)) Therefore, it is in the first place)

Breakfast 2: curd casserole (100 g), or cheesecakes (2 the size of a baby’s hand (babes 2-3 years old)))), or cottage cheese 120 g with a couple of dried fruits in a bite. Honestly, I never measure grams, though I write, so that you know how my portion looks like. All that I want to eat should not exceed the size of my own palm.

Therefore, my breakfast can not be called dense! I am the enemy of gorging myself in the morning, under slogans: “Everything is possible to eat in the morning! The main meal should be for breakfast! All day ahead, you can at least an elephant! … “, etc.
Also IMPORTANT, I never drink off food with liquid. Be it morning coffee, tea, water … Later, for about 15 minutes I can have coffee or green tea, and I can not even drink anything at all and only remember the water after a while. I really need to drink water, for example, given the body weight , you need about 2.5 liters of water per day (up to 16-17.00), while remembering that each drunk a cup of coffee (and I can sometimes drink 2-4) displays water … Sport also outputs …

So up to 3 liters and is typed) And, of course, I’m not always, and frankly, very rarely drink so much water (tea, juice and other liquids do not belong to water). Here you are the relationship of moisturizing creams with the intake of water. The skin first will tell you if you drink enough water … I’m not, so I can not do it without moisture))

Breakfast 3: it can be just 2 bars of pressed dried fruit or berries with seeds and nuts. This is my favorite breakfast) I buy these bars in children’s shops, supermarkets with departments of organic products, products without GMOs.
I’m glad that these bars of different tastes and they are really natural. My favorite taste is sea buckthorn. So I have breakfast if I have morning exercise. Agree, after an omelet or casserole it would be difficult to train…

Breakfast 4: granola, or oatmeal on water, or muesli (all gluten-free). In granola and muesli I add a grated green apple 1-2 lobules, chia seeds, nuts. I pour yogurt with a low percentage of fat. Yes, I know that it’s impossible and so on, fats mix with carbohydrates, proteins … and for those who lose weight it’s a disaster, but these are my options of delicacies that I can afford, if the weight suits me …)))

If not, 100gr oatmeal (cooked real, not steamed instant cooking flakes) with half a green apple or cucumber, well, bon apetit, and olive oil do not forget to add to the mash … (in general, if you lose weight, forget about the creamy)
Breakfast 5: Greek yoghurt with dried fruits or a banana.
Breakfast 6: protein chocolate cocktail based on hemp, coconut or almond milk))) Mmmm, yummy) But as I try not to part with bada, I do this kind of breakfast very rarely.

Breakfast 7: I call it “hotel”, salmon 100 gr, avocado, cucumber, boiled egg (soft-boiled or poached).

Breakfast 8: This is a strictly summer plate of berries or fruit. I love melon for breakfast or watermelon. But in moderation! Not whole, but a couple of lobules) It’s easy, 1st breakfast. All the breakfasts described above are examples of my breakfast in the summer, with normal weight, without the request for weight loss or drying !!!
