Let’s start!
Starting position: lay down on a back, straight hands and lift over the head. Legs are bent.
How I do it: serially I raise legs with simultaneous counter twisting of an upper body. The good result requires 5 series on 10 repetitions.
It is very important keeping your breath! Each twisting is followed exhalations concentrated from a stomach.
Girls, don’t postpone training for later! As Andrey speaks: “There is a purpose – achieve!”
