My fitness project with Andrei Khomytskyi: video 3

Girls, I keep continue to share with you my trainings with Andrey Homitsky. Today we have the third exercise from our complex. The main heat becomes on study of buttocks, muscles of a back and shoulders are also involved.

Let`s begin!

Start position: lying on a stomach, hands before itself, legs together, feet are sent to the parties. Now we begin to raise at the same time hands and legs.

We part legs and we rotate back to a contact with heels. Throughout all approach of a hand are before themselves.

I do: exercise from the first video – 3 series on 12 repetitions by each leg. Then exercise from the second video – 3 series on 12 repetitions by each leg. And this exercise – 2 series on 20 repetitions. Rest time between approaches – 45 seconds, and between exercises – 2 minutes.

As Andrey usually tells: “There is a purpose – achieve!”
