Workout for legs, buttocks. Intense. This short workout can be as a warm-up before the main training session or as a full workout with a cardio-functional training, if you complete 3-4 circles of these exercises. I love the intense workouts, because the result of such training comes almost instantly. The muscles are in good shape, the heart works, the body is dried. Such training is best done in the morning. Тренировка для ног, ягодиц. Интенсивная. Подходит как разогрев перед основной нагрузкой или как полноценная кардио-функциональная тренировка, если выполнить 3-4 круга данных упражнений. Я обожаю интенсивную нагрузку, потому что результат от таких тренировок наступает практически мгновенно. Мышцы в тонусе, сердечко работает, тело подсушивается. Такие тренировки лучше выполнять утром.
