In my new fitness video I`ve chosen exercise with jumps. Talking about feelings and results it is very effective, and if you will do it every day for 5-7 minutes, so in spring your butt will be like a nut:) and legsare tightened.
This exercise calls static. About it`s benefits: first of all it develop force of a body and endurance, and it is an excellent basis for full-fledged and regular trainings; one short training work on all groups of muscles as in static exercises there are a lot of variations; and, at last, you can do it in any place – home, office, gym.
In this video I do 4 approaches, till 10-15 jumps. For the first trainings choose a ball without weight, then do on feelings. Also don’t forget to hold a back equal!
