Dear readers! I thank you for the positive feedbacks on each of the workouts that I made for you! All the exercises that I show can be easily done at home! Nothing complicated. I try to select the load that will be appropriate for both beginners and professionals. The main thing is to correctly perform each exercise. And, most importantly, try to systematically engage in sports, to bring this back to normal.
Therefore, today there are 3 simple exercises that will help you keep your hips and buttocks in good shape.
If you are a beginner, I advise you not to use dumbbells and leg weights.
