Stretching is a form of exercise in which a specific muscle or tendon is intentionally bent or stretched to improve muscle sensitivity and achieve comfortable muscle tone. The result is a sense of muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion. In other words, stretching is a special type of fitness, aimed at slow, systematic stretching of the ligaments and muscles of the arms, back, legs, which will help to achieve the perfect shape!
