Fitness at home

Do u have any plans? I recommend to do some fitness, If you ll stay at home.)

U need only the roller and a rug for fitness. Who does this exercise for the first time, then it is no more than 8-10 rep., 4 approaches. Temp of exercises is average.

If such set was already done, increase loading on feelings. Don’t forget that these exercises perfectly pump over muscles of buttocks!
