Hello, wonderful people, are you bored on quarantine? It only seems to you that there is nothing to do. Actually, there are so many things you can do! We will talk about it in my blog and I will give you many interesting ideas. Today I recommend you to start with the self-care. Probably many if you had to refuse from salon procedures, that’s why we can compensate it with the home care. I have prepared universal masks. 😉
Men’s skin and women’s skin had certain differences. But don’t worry, the things I am going to show you today are good for any skin type. And you should leave it on your skin for less time.
1. Coal mask.
You will need:
1 table spoon of warm milk + 1 spoon of gelatin. Mix it and leave for 15-20 minutes. Then heat it up on a water bath and add 2 pills of minced carbon. Mix it all and apply on your face. Leave it on your face untill it solidifies.
This is the option for lazy people. Face clay is sold in every shop or pharmacy. You will need to mix it with water and apply on your face.
2. Moisturising mask.
This is very relevant right now, when the season and temperature are changing.
Grate 1 carrot and add an egg yolk. Apply it on the skin for 20 minutes and wash off with warm water.
Olive oil mask.
Heat up the olive oil. Mix it with the couple of drops of vitamins A and E. Apply it on the gauze napkin and put on your face for 15-20 minutes.
3. Vitamin masks.
These masks are focused on prevention, not on a certain problem. Such masks are usually based on natural ingredients. But sometimes you need to buy special medicine.
Anti aging mask with vitamin E. It is good for all skin types!
You will need 10 lemon juice drops, 1 tea spoon of honey, 1 table spoon of yoghurt, 10 drops of tocopherol. Mix in one bowl lemon juice and honey, add table spoon of yoghurt and tocopherol. Then apply it on your face and rinse after 30-40 minutes 😉
You will need:
1 table spoon of cottage cheese+1 spoon of sour cream + retinol ampule.
So, you see, I came up with the way to spend time this evening) Don’t get upset! I have a plenty of interesting ideas for your productive quarantine;) And what are you doing now?
