Hi, my sportswomen!

I know that it is dificult to do smth when its hot outside like today`s weather: ( And it also concern to fitness trainings. In such cases I always advise instead of the gym, choose fresh air and to adjust hours for fitness either for the morning or for the evening.

I give you my training in the sparing mode 🙂 Main acсent is done, the internal and external surface of hips. So muscles aren’t relaxed and stayed in shape.

Take a tape for fitness and repeat after me! Exercises from video are technically simple and the main thing is to hold a back equal and do exercises in that order as I show.
