My previous post about microgreen caused so many questions from U, and I decided to write about healthy eating more. So this post is about healthy menu in the spring. By the way, this season is the most difficult for an organism!
Ideal breakfast in the spring is smoosy. It is very fast in cooking, easy with ingredients and easy for a stomach. U can add verything that you love.) It can be bananas (it is better to take a half and don’t keep it in the refrigerator), apples, spinach, ginger, avocado (no more than 20 gr). It will be excellent if you add a tsp of seeds of flax or a curcuma, because they are useful for digestion. One more tasty and nutritious variant: if you like honey, then cook your smoosy on warm water and add some honey.
A good snack is fruits. I usualy to eat only a half of fruit, then there is no heavy feeling in a stomach. Also I like dried fruits, but no more than 50 gr.
During the lunchtime you may eat heavy meals to skip the late dinner. Main dishes are fish, meat, greens. Here I will give you several useful tips: to save all vitamins and useful properties of a meat/fish/bird, don’t fry it, and bake in a foil. Special culinary abilities aren’t necessary.)) Put spices to taste, turn in a foil and you send to an oven.
