Yoga during my pregnancy

To plan something when you are pregnant, is a useless business)) Today you sleep till the afternoon, tomorrow – you jump from a bed at 6 in the morning and begin to do something) Anything if only somewhere to go out your energy)) After yoga-classes at sunrise you have amasinf feeling in your body! You throw out all bad thoughts and pull body muscles.

On this photo I show you simple asanas, like example. But if feel boring and want smth more extremely, then it is possible to complicate yoga classes) According to your health and recommendations of doctors, you can do more difficult asanas.

If you doing yoga, you doing massages. I have refused this procedure! I had heard that doing massage, you disperse toxins by blood. Generally, have intimidated me and, of course, I didn`t want to risk.

And still smth) If before pregnancy you didn’t practice yoga, to begin to try asanas isn’t necessary. It is not the best period in the woman’s life for experiments.
