I`ve chosen as a subject for a post great exercises which will relieve you of a tummy and will make a wasp waist. I know that the zone of a waist is a real problem!)) Each of us has days when bothers to count each calorie and there is a wish to eat what you love. And all of us love calorie food))) It is worth eating something from the list of the forbidden dishes as next day we are upset because of the sticking-out tummy.
