What is the secret if a beautiful body? Let’s talk about sleep.

Modern people, unfortunately, sleep less. They are busy with their errands, goals, work, and that’s they forget about a very important for our body process – sleep.

If a simple fact that we need to sleep 7-8 hours per day does not motivate you to change some things, let’s figure out the importance of sleep.

Sleep is a process when our skin regenerates, our muscles relax and our brain cleans itself from unnecessary information, our body fully restarts and detoxes itself. What happens to us when we don’t have enough sleep? One of these essential processes stops, maybe at a very important moment. Our Jody fails to rest and cope with everything during less than these 7-8 hours. Or at least 6.

As you can see, the lack of sleep leads to memory loss, overeating, dicrease of immune system and you start looking worse. These are the symptoms of not having enough sleep even after one sleepless night. Imagine what is going to happen to your body after constant torture of not sleeping enough?

And these horrible things can lead to death. Yes, to death. And also think about a huge amount of car-accidents happening because of lack of sleep.
We all know that our health and appearance is directly connected with our health. And now we know that being good looking is almost impossible without having enough sleep. Why do we need to complain about cellulite, desire to eat sugar or constant hunger, if we know the reason of it? The majority of ladies can’t even sleep enough time. Believe me, when you start sleeping enough, you will start feeling better and you will feel more energetic. And you will go to the gym with pleasure. And after some time it will influence your body.

I am trying to say that health is the most important thing. And bad and wrong lifestyle can spoil not only your body, but the whole life as well. Please, thibk about it. And if after reading this text you have a desire to change something, here are my recommendations about healthy sleep :

– Main period of recovery lasts until 4 am. At this time our body gets the maximum of sleep due to production of melatonin.
– Take a warm shower.
– Try not to think about problems and exclude all stress at least 1 hour before you go to sleep. It’s better to finish all errands in advance and spend the time before sleep on yourself, your thoughts and taking care of yourself.
– If sleeping with the open window is too much for you, open it for 20 minutes before sleeping.
– Don’t eat for 2-3 hours before sleep and avoid heavy food in the evening. Stay away from meat, spicy and fatty food.
