Exercise from this video is called “dry swimming”, the main direction is buttom and a lower back. Also shoulders and a back surface of hips get in.
Starting position: lay down on a stomach, you hold hands before themselves and now begin to raise hands and legs alternately.
How I do it: at first I do exercise from the first video lesson – 3 series on 15 repetitions by each leg. Then I do exercise from a lesson No. 3 – 3 series on 20 repetitions and to consolidate result – exercise “dry swimming” – 3 series on 20 repetitions.
Andrey repeated to me all the time: it is extremely important that work of legs came from a hip, but not from knees. Girls, remember it when you repeat this exercise.
