I think it looks familiar for everyone – how to force yourself to get up early and be full of energy? Green smoosy and vitamins are the most correct breakfast in such cases, but it will be good “to warm up” body and be ready for productive day. On Miranda Kerr`s example I show you how to do it.

The yoga has two tremendous and absolutely opposite abilities for improvement of our health – it abirritates and at the same time helps to cheer up. In the evening asana will reduce stress and in the morning – will wake a body softly and gives u a lot of energy.
