I receive many questions from u in my Instagram about how to warm muscles before a training. I`ve already published this video and I want it to post again. There is shown how to do warm-up that the body didn’t hurt then.
In this video two different fragments. In the first you will see a warming up of knee joints, in the second – study of muscles bark. Having well pumped over them, to you then will easier behave in an excellent form constantly.
I do all 4 exercises from video on 6 times, ideally 16-20 times in 4 approaches. You remember: loading has to be gradual!
