Together we created own project with a line of fitness-video. Today I am gonna show you one of them with an exercise “hanger”.
So, start position is a rack on a lap and on hands, hold your back strictly. Straighten one leg, deliver to stop a sock on a floor and take away from the leg bent in a knee a little aside.
Now the equal, but relaxed leg carry out the amplitude movement on an arch. Lower foot for freely standing leg and on the highest amplitude return a working leg to a starting position. Here is an important remark: with one, on the other hand the sock of a working leg doesn’t touch the floor, and hangs in several centimeters from it.
My norm is 4 approaches on 10 repetitions on each leg. A break between approaches no more than 45 seconds. And one more important point: the movement from a starting position on amplitude and back is considered as one repetition.
