What are these exercises aimed at?
The whole complex, consisting of 10 exercises, is aimed mainly at strengthening the muscles of the Core, the front surface of the thighs.Core muscles u can see on the picture.
I do it before and after boxing training.
In case if you don’t do boxing, i advise you first 10 minutes of cardio (can be jumping rope,or running, or orbitrek) then perform 5 rounds with a break of 2 minutes between sets and add the stretch in the end of training. And let someone revive you later.)) But the result will be gorgeous! Try it!
