On Wednesdays, I exhibit sports videos, small workouts that each of you can repeat at home in order to acquire a tight body, strengthen your strength of mind, improve your stamina, and then just enjoy your successes. You have already understood from past videos that one of the main training for me is a complex training, aimed at working out different muscle groups. Keeping my videos, or playing them online, you can easily alternate all the workouts with each other, thus diversifying the boring trip to the gym.
Often, such a set of exercises, as shown today, must be performed 4 times in order to feel the result. The break between the approaches is 1.5 minutes. When performing a complex between exercises, the break is not done. Forward! All endurance and excellent training!
