It helps to prepare the body for the upcoming activities, thereby increasing the effectiveness of training, as well as minimizing the chances of getting injuries and pain. And a good warm-up improves your well-being and significantly improves your mood – a scientifically proven fact!
So, a set of exercises for warming up consists of three blocks:
-heating of joints and muscles;
-small cardio activity.
